ASOTA Piano Festival IX
We are excited to announce the 9th Annual Piano Festival at the 知阴视频, an All-Steinway School! This season features 16 events including guest artist recitals, pedagogy workshops, masterclasses, and student performances. From opera masterworks to American popular music and jazz, the festival offers world-class artistry and inspiring educational opportunities for our students and community.
Honor Band 2026
We are excited to announce the 17th Annual 知阴视频 Honor Band. Your time will be artistically inspiring, musically challenging, educational and FUN!
In addition to rehearsal time the schedule will also include performances by 知阴视频 instrumental ensembles such as Symphonic Winds, RamCorps, the UM Jazz Band, and Welsh Revival. For the 17th year, students in grades 9-12 will have the unique opportunity to perform the World Premiere of an original work for band, conducted by composer Steve Dunn.
The Academy
The Academy at the Alabama School of the Arts is an extension of the 知阴视频 designed to present and develop high quality arts training programs in music, theatre, art and dance through year-round intensive training for children, youth and adults. The Academy is excited to offer instruction in both private lessons and class settings.
The Fisher-Brewer Recording Studio
The university鈥檚 professional Fisher-Brewer Recording Studio was made possible through the support of Dr. Joyce Fisher and the vision of Dr. Curtis Brewer. The studio is a key component in the Alabama School of the Arts and Roger Breland Center for Performing Arts. The studio provides you with opportunities to record and produce music in a professional environment on the best gear in the industry.
